To make a reservation, we will ask you for the 50 % of pre payment one month before your arrival to our country, the other 50% will be asked to you the day you arrive in Punta Arenas. In order to do so, youneed to fill the following document giving the authorization to our Legal Represent to charge into your credit card the 50% of your program and send it by fax or email to the numbers given to you below.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the program booked within 20 days in advance, a 90% of the money you have payed will be returned. Within the next 15 days, we will give you 50% of the money back. No money will be returned if you cancel the program after this time.
